Working in Vaccum Forming Department since 2015, Santpyari is very happy working with Pinnacle Industries. Feels safe in her department as all the other employees and supervisors are very helpful and encouraging to her. Santpyari has a younger sister at home perusing MA and manages her home and office very easily as the office timings are very convenient according to her.

My journey with Pinnacle Industries started almost 6 years ago in 2017, as a senior executive, and today I lead and execute communications, PR & digital projects for Pinnacle and its group companies. To be honest, joining Pinnacle was a game-changer, and I am grateful for it every single day. I work closely with the marketing wizards on my team to design campaigns that engage our internal & external stakeholders. I have been fortunate to learn from the best, and the company’s leadership has supported my dreams and ambitions since day one. They have helped me realize my potential in a way that I couldn’t have ever been able to, and I can never thank them enough.

Five years ago, I was a fresh postgraduate from college, enthusiastic & wanted to start my career without clearly knowing what to pursue. Though I did know something for sure I wanted to pursue a career in Human Resources. As an HR Intern, I started my journey with Pinnacle Industries Limited in 2017. Each role change within the department has helped me build on my knowledge about the process and operations of the entire automobile company.
My managers were and are all so supportive while being realistic through all my role transitions. They have been helping me to build my career and route a plan to achieve them. With the growth I have witnessed each year, I believe it’s important to invest in a workplace where I’ll always be able to grow in so many different directions. There is no reason for me to look elsewhere when I can look within, especially with plenty of support and opportunities around me.
Serving as an Assistant Manager in a rapidly growing automobile organization in India has often proved to be both challenging and rewarding. While working with Pinnacle I’m confident enough that the knowledge and skills I have learned, both in and out of the curriculum, will greatly benefit me in the future.
